Main parameters of ultrasonic cleaning machine
超聲波清洗是基於空化作用,即在清洗液中無(wú)數(shù)氣泡快速形成并迅速內(nèi)爆。由此產(chǎn)生的沖擊將浸沒在清洗液中的工件內(nèi)外表面的污物剝落下來(lái)。隨著超聲頻率的提高,氣泡數(shù)量增加而爆破沖擊力減弱,因此,高頻超聲特別適用於小顆粒污垢的清洗而不破環(huán)其工件表面。氣泡是在液體中施加高頻(超聲頻率)、高強(qiáng)度的聲波而產(chǎn)生的。因此,任何超聲清洗系統(tǒng)都具備三個(gè)基本元件:盛放清洗液的槽、將電能轉(zhuǎn)化為機(jī)械能的換能器以及產(chǎn)生高頻電信號(hào)的超聲波發(fā)生器。
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on cavitation, that is, numerous bubbles in the cleaning solution form and implode rapidly. The resulting impact will peel off the dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the workpiece immersed in the cleaning fluid. With the increase of ultrasonic frequency, the number of bubbles increases and the blasting impact force decreases. Therefore, high-frequency ultrasonic is especially suitable for cleaning small particles of dirt without breaking the workpiece surface. Bubbles are produced by applying high-frequency (ultrasonic frequency) and high-intensity sound waves to the liquid. Therefore, any ultrasonic cleaning system has three basic components: a tank containing cleaning fluid, a transducer that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, and an ultrasonic generator that generates high-frequency electrical signals.
(1)頻率:≥20KHz ,可以分為低頻,中頻,高頻3段。
(1) Frequency: ≥ 20kHz, which can be divided into low frequency, medium frequency and high frequency.
(2)清洗介質(zhì):采用超聲波清洗,一般兩類清洗劑:化學(xué)溶劑、水基清洗劑等。清洗介質(zhì)的化學(xué)作用,可以加速超聲波清洗效果,超聲波清洗是物理作用,兩種作用相結(jié)合,以對(duì)物件進(jìn)行充分的清洗。
(2) Cleaning medium: ultrasonic cleaning is adopted. Generally, there are two types of cleaning agents: chemical solvent and water-based cleaning agent. The chemical action of the cleaning medium can accelerate the ultrasonic cleaning effect. Ultrasonic cleaning is a physical action. The two actions are combined to fully clean the objects.
(3)功率密度:功率密度=發(fā)射功率(W)/發(fā)射面積(cm2)通常≥0.3W/cm2,超聲波的功率密度越高,空化效果越強(qiáng),速度越快,清洗效果越好。但對(duì)于的、表面光潔度甚高的物件,采用長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的高功率密度清洗會(huì)對(duì)物件表面產(chǎn)生“空化”腐蝕。
(3) Power density: power density = emission power (W) / emission area (cm2) usually ≥ 0.3w/cm2. The higher the power density of ultrasonic wave, the stronger the cavitation effect, the faster the speed, and the better the cleaning effect. However, for objects with high surface finish, long-time high-power density cleaning will produce "cavitation" corrosion on the surface of the objects.
(4)超聲波頻率:超聲波頻率越低,在液體中產(chǎn)生的空化越容易,產(chǎn)生的力度大,作用也越強(qiáng),適用于工件(粗、臟)初洗。頻率高則超聲波方向性強(qiáng),適用于精細(xì)的物件清洗。
(4) Ultrasonic frequency: the lower the ultrasonic frequency is, the easier the cavitation will be generated in the liquid. The greater the intensity and the stronger the effect will be. It is suitable for the initial cleaning of workpieces (coarse and dirty). High frequency means strong ultrasonic directivity, which is suitable for fine object cleaning.
(5)清洗溫度:一般來(lái)說(shuō),超聲波在30℃-40℃時(shí)的空化效果好。清洗劑則溫度越高,作用越顯著。通常實(shí)際應(yīng)用超聲波時(shí),采用50℃-70℃的工作溫度。
(5) Cleaning temperature: Generally speaking, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic at 30 ℃ -40 ℃ is good. The higher the temperature of cleaning agent, the more significant the effect. Generally, the operating temperature of 50 ℃ -70 ℃ is used in the actual application of ultrasonic.
工業(yè)超聲波清洗機(jī)使用注意事項(xiàng):
Precautions for use of industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine:
(1)超聲波清洗機(jī)電源及電熱器電源有良好接地裝置。
(1) The power supply of ultrasonic cleaning machine and electric heater shall be well grounded.
(2)超聲波清洗機(jī)嚴(yán)禁無(wú)清洗液開機(jī),即清洗缸沒有加一定數(shù)量的清洗液,不得合超聲波開關(guān)。
(2) It is strictly forbidden to start the ultrasonic cleaning machine without cleaning fluid, that is, the ultrasonic switch shall not be turned on if a certain amount of cleaning fluid is not added to the cleaning cylinder.
(3)有加熱設(shè)備的清洗設(shè)備嚴(yán)禁無(wú)液時(shí)打開加熱開關(guān)。
(3) For cleaning equipment with heating equipment, it is forbidden to turn on the heating switch when there is no liquid.
(4)禁止用重物(鐵件)撞擊清洗缸缸底,以免能量轉(zhuǎn)換器晶片受損。

(5)超聲波發(fā)生器電源應(yīng)單獨(dú)使用一路220V/50Hz電源并配裝2000W以上穩(wěn)壓器。

(6)清洗缸缸底要定期沖洗,不得有過(guò)多的雜物或污垢。

(7)每次換新液時(shí),待超聲波起動(dòng)后,方可洗件。
