超聲波清洗器是利用超聲波在液體中的“空化效應”達到清洗和脫氣目的。

超聲波清洗器發(fā)出高頻震蕩信號,通過換能器轉換成高頻機械震蕩,使之在清洗液中散播,使液體流動而產生數以萬計的微小氣泡,這些氣泡在超聲波傳播過程中所形成的負壓區(qū)成型、生長,在正壓區(qū)迅速閉合。這些非穩(wěn)態(tài)的微小氣泡在聲場的作用下每秒完成數萬次壓縮、擴張的物理過程,可產生超過1000個大氣壓的瞬間高壓,就像一連串爆炸,不斷沖擊物體表面及縫隙中,從而達到全面清洗的效果。超聲波在液體中還能起到加速溶解和乳化作用,達到脫氣目的。

Ultrasound can also accelerate dissolution and emulsification in liquid to achieve degassing.
